I'm Greg Laxton.

I run outbound at a startup, and I set up the same system for small companies that want to run it themselves.

Why I do it this way.

I'm the founding head of go-to-market at ScoutEdge, an iPhone-based pitching analytics startup working with college and pro baseball programs. I built its outbound from scratch: sourcing contacts region by region, sending across multiple inboxes, and fixing deliverability when it broke.

Before that I spent about four years as an account executive at CDW, selling to financial services companies.

Laxton GTM exists because most small companies don't need an agency sending email on their behalf. They need the system set up correctly once, in accounts they own, and someone to show their team how to run it. That's the job.

I build the plan and the system, and your team runs it. If I've done the job right, you won't need me to keep it going.

How I work.

  • Every account is in your name. I never hold your data or your domains.
  • I say what's not working before you have to ask.
  • I work with a handful of companies at a time, and I'm the one doing the work.

See if it fits your business.

Twenty minutes. Tell me what you sell and who buys it, and I'll tell you whether cold email can work for you.
